Kaspar Z'graggen is the founder and director of the Swiss Pancreas Institute. For 30 years, his field has been surgery of the digestive tract, specializing in the pancreas. In addition to his activities as a practicing surgeon, Kaspar Z'graggen is also active in science. For example, he spent two years as a fellow in the Pancreas Research Lab at Harvard Medical School and has been involved in around 100 research projects and scientific publications, primarily on the subject of the pancreas.
