‍During the registration process you will be able to

• select your participant category;
• pay by credit card or bank transfer;
• upload a copy of your bank transfer.

Once your registration process is completed

• You will receive an automatic e-mail confirming that your registration process was successfully completed. To avoid spam, please validate the conference e-mail address in your e-mail account.
• After identification of your payment, you will receive a second e-mail confirming your registration and all services booked. Please check carefully that all of the services were booked correctly. If you do not receive an automatic confirmation reply within 24 hours, please contact the technical secretary of the Conference: bcipcc2024@leading.pt

Registration Cancellation Conditions

Delegates can receive a full refund of their registrations up to 30 days before the event starts (until September 24^th, 2024). After this date, refunds will only be granted with a valid medical statement confirming illness.

All cancellations and/or changes to registrations must be submitted, via e-mail, directly to the technical secretariat: bcipcc2024@leading.pt

Any bank charges incurred through the reimbursement of a cancelled participation will be charged to the participant.

Liability Disclaimer

The organisers are not affiliated with third-party entities for travel arrangements or attendee services related to this event. Consequently, BCIPCC 2024 is not liable for any incidents or issues that may occur to individuals.

The organisers do not accept liability for personal medical expenses, travel expenses, or any other personal expenses as a consequence of accidents or weather conditions.

For group registrations and hotel bookings, please contact the secretariat.

Insurance

The registration fee does not include a participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage, or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
